Alnawaz is a filmmaker with over five years of experience across roles such as associate director, cinematographer, and editor. His work bridges technical expertise with the art of storytelling, crafting narratives that aim to linger and resonate. He has contributed to projects like Shaunak Sen’s Academy Award-nominated All That Breathes and Nakul Singh Sawhney’s Farmers of Dissent (in post-production). Currently, he is Associate Director, Editor, and Cinematographer on Pallavi Paul’s How Love Moves (IDFA and Busan grants) and Assistant Director and Associate Editor on Rohan Ranganathan’s I Dream of Villainy (Recipient of Catapult grant), both in production.
